R&D engineer for components and simulation
Job description

In order to continue developing our technology, we are looking for an R&D manager to work in the component R&D team. The work will focus on the simulation of electrical properties and characterisation of passive and active components as part of our internal research, collaboration and production activities. The R&D Manager will be actively involved in the development of tomorrow’s diamond components.

Your responsabilities
  • TCAD simulation of diamond components
  • Electrical characterisation of components manufactured within the team: I(V), C(V), etc.
  • Interpretation of results
  • Monitor technological developments

The candidate must have at least 5 years’ higher education in semiconductor physics, electronics or equivalent, with at least 3 years’ experience in the field.
Knowledge of TCAD simulation tools (Sentaurus / Silvaco) is required in order to be operational quickly. Experience of static component characterisation is required and dynamic characterisation would be a plus. The candidate must have at least a B2 level in written and spoken English.
