R&D Engineer – Device simulation and characterization
Job description

In order to further develop our technology, we are looking for an R&D engineer to work within the R&D – Devices team. The work will focus on the simulation of electrical properties and characterization of passive and active components as part of our internal research, collaboration, and production activities. The R&D engineer will be actively involved in the development of tomorrow’s diamond components.

Your responsabilities
  •  TCAD simulation of diamond components
  •  Electrical characterization (static and dynamic) of components manufactured within the team: I(V), C(V),…
  • Results analysis and reporting
  • Monitor technological developments
Your profile

The candidate should have at least a 5-year degree in semiconductor physics, electronics or equivalent, with at least 3 years’ experience in the field.

Strong knowledge of Finite element TCAD simulation tools (Sentaurus / Silvaco) is required. Experience in component characterization is also required, and dynamic characterization a plus. Candidate must have at least a B2 level in written and spoken English.
