Epitaxy Technician
Job description

As part of the roll-out of our new pilot line, we are looking for an epitaxy support manager to help set up plasma growth reactors and ensure the production of epitaxial layers.

Your responsabilities
  • Ensuring the production of layers and the monitoring and dispatch of orders
  • Contribute to the installation and development of plasma reactors in close collaboration with the R&D manager and the R&D manager
  • Ensure that the reactors are operating correctly and manage the associated stocks of consumables
  • Ensure the analysis and quality control of samples and products
  • Contribute to the development of new epitaxy processes in collaboration with the R&D managers
  • Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of diamond layer preparation and characterisation protocols
  • Write and design protocols, safety instructions, procedures, specifications and study reports based on the results of tests and trials in collaboration with the R&D managers.
Your profile

Licence Pro or BUT in Physics – Materials Science or equivalent. With or without experience, all applications will be considered.

Knowledge of MPCVD and vacuum techniques is required. Knowledge of the characterisation techniques mentioned above and/or experience of diamond layer epitaxy would be an advantage.
